Happy Halloween!!

Hi cuties, today's HALLOWEEN!!
Yay I'm really excited :3 I love this day so I'm here wit some basic makeuo halloween tutorials for you all.

First of all I wanted to say that if you are easily triggered by cuts, blood and that kind of staff please, be safe, this post have makeup tutorial that are a little creepy, like cuts and stiches. Please don't keep reading if you're triggered by those kind of things. I just want you to be happy and not triggered by me.

And of course all the images in this post are created by makeup. You know as fake as a Barbie doll.

The wounds are pretty easy and basic for a Halloween look.
In all this makeups you won't need fancy special effects makeup, just things that I'm sure you have around your house, for this you only need some red/dark red and black paint (you can use lipsticks), you concealer and a little eyelash glue, if you want to include the stitches then a little bit of string that you cut into small pieces.

Let's begin!!

1.- Mark where you want your wound to be and line it with eyelash glue, wait until it's almost dry.

2.- Pinch the borders to create the ilusion of broken skin and pain the inside with red, I used lipstick for this.

3.-Create more depth using darker red and blacks in the wound, add a little highlight with your concealer in the borderlike the skin is in 3D. Also tap the skin close to the wound with red and blend to simulate irritation.



4.- Now if you want the stitches just mark where you want them and glue the strigs with the eyelash glue. Paint the holes in your skin like the tread is going throught it.

5.- Tap the color to create a more realistic look.

The veins are super easy and they are the best complement to all halloween makeup. Just use a mix of redish purple dark tone or a blueish tone and draw them with a small brush.

To make them look like they are under your skin just tap them with your finger to make them fade a little so your skin can show.

If you're dark skined you can use this too, just change the colours so they work with your skin tone. I really like to use reference when i do this.

I don't know if you can see it, yeah I'm hella pale.

Halloween is coming!!

Hi cuties, it's october, the month of the spookiness!!

I love halloween and I know for sure that a lot of you love it too.

Well it's one of my favourites celebrations but in my country... We don't have Halloween as a "real" celebration, we celebrate "El día de todos los santos" which is almost the same thing but the 1st of November and without parties or costumes. I really love creepy things, bad horror films, zombies, witches... And of course every year I sit in my room under a lot of blankets and watch a marathon of creepy films.

It's that magical night when everything is ok, you want to have dark makeup without anyone looking at you like you have something dead in your face you can try this day, put some black lipstick on and you'll be a cutie.

After this maybe you can wear it other days too, because you can grew confident with it :3

Or at least that's what I think.

Everybody has the oportunity to break the rules and be a little (or a lot) more creepy. Also you can be cute, totally ok with being a magical girl in your whole magical outfit if you want.

I'm writing this post to give you some ideas that I think are easy, fun and awesome for Halloween!!

Vampire

This look is so simple and you can look as sexy as you want with it, you can also be a creepy cute vampire if you want. But please, no sparkly skin, we aren't Twilight.

You only need to drees yourself, a little dark but modern if you want that "Modern Vampire" look, or with a long black dress and a lot of accesories in black and red if you want a more "Traditional Vampire" look. But the most important part is the makeup, you need a lot of pale skin, dark eyes and red lips for that "sexy" look, and of course... Fangs! If you have red lenses, that would put a little touch to make it perfect.

Add a little drop of blood in your lips and let's see who ends bitten.

Frankstein's bride

This can be a little more difficult, but you can end looking as sexy as the vampire, but a bit more... Crazy.

You need really really pale skin or skin with a little touch of green on it, you know what I mean, the traditional look. Put deep black circles under your eyes and a pair of seams in your neck and arms. Put white strands on your hair or a bit of talcum powder and tease it to complete the look.

For the clothes a old white dress with dusty/worn out apearance, or somethin more casual to look like Franky from Monster High.

You can go out with your personal Frankstein too *winks*

Wednesday Addams

Who doesn't love the little girl from the lovely family Adams?

This is the costume that I use the last year, a total last minute. At that time I had the hair dyed black so I just made the braids, a little bit of makeup, a black dress with a white shirt under and ta-da! A perfect last minute Wednesday Addams look.

Well, this is better if you have long black or dark brown hair, but it doesn't matters if you don't have it, you can dress up like this too, the thing is to have fun. Make two simple brides on it an put just a little bit of makeup to make you look paler and creepy. Wednesday is a little girl, she don't wear a lot of makeup. This is an awesome tutorial by one of my favorite makeup artist!

A black dress or sweater+skirt with a white shirt under it, with the neck showing of course. So simple and cute. 

I really love Wednesday. Use your best pokerface, you have to look exasperated about everything.

Morticia Adams

The same as Wednesday, simple and dark, but sexy and sofisticated too. If you have long black hair and a skinny face this is your moment, Morticia is the best for you.

Dress with a long black dress, sexy and formal, if it have lace, better than the best. Straigten your hair an put that fawless skin of yours with a sexy makeup. Red lips forever. Here you have another awesome tutorial.

You're ready to look forward to your Gomez. Don't forget your roses and a pair of scissors to cut them.

Scary doll

This is perfect if you want to be creepy but cute at the same time. Remember all those scary dolls that your granny keeps and be like them. This can be more creepy/gorey if you add stiches, scars, a craked-like effect, but you can also just make it super cute and sweet just like a cupcake doll!!

Big eyes with really long lashes (you can use fake lashes), flawless pale skin with pink cheeks and soft lips, makeup for the win. Add little cuts and scars for a creepier look.

Use a cute dress with lace, bows, layers, whatever you want. Put your hair in a girly hairstyle, something soft and lolita-like. You can use those awesome bjd tights too. Here a tutorial for these.

You have to be a real life dolly so smile and be cute but in the most creepy form you can.

Mexican sugar skull

Everybody knows that look, its so perfect for Halloween and very easy.

You can use one of the thousand of tutorials that you can find in internet for the makeup, but you can make it for yourself, be creative. The most important part is the skull like form that you make with your face, but decorate it as you like.

You can dress as you want, but a long dress is pretty good and those blouses with layers too. For the hair the best is a simple hairstyle with braids around your head or a simple messy bun but to make it perfect you can add colourfull flowers or a semitransparent black fabric like those little hats with a veil.

Mermaid

This is one of my favorite ideas, because all you need is to feel like a mermaid and add that feeling to your clothes, hair and makeup. You don't even need hair really long or with fantasy colors like mine, there're tons of different mermaid types with short hair and beautiful natural hair too.

I imagine this with soft looking clothes like a little Party Cult Kei or Mori Kei, with layers and soft colors and materials, like you are floating in a wave but you can also go all the way and use a shell bra, just what works for you cutie. Use flowers or shells in your hair as accesories, if you  have it long give some texture to it with some curls or a nice beach feel to it. You're a mermaid remember!!

With the makeup you can go as crazy as you want, add scales made with big glitter or simply draw them on with some eyeshadow+eyeliner.

Zombie

Zombie is like the most used costume in halloween, because well it's creepy and super simple. Some days from now I'll be posting another post with a lot of basic makeup tutorials for halloween and some of them can be used to make the perfect zombie/infected look.

As all the other ideas you have to make it perfect for yourself, you can be a cute lolita that had a little meeting with some zombies and got bitten but still really cute, or you can go all the way with a bloody and slimy zombie.

Be prepared to snarl and growl at people to scare them this Halloween because you're going to be the best zombie of the night, i bet.

Well you can change some of this and make others like faerie based on the mermaid but no scales, more like magic dust.
